  • To confirm your booking, we require a 30% deposit
  • A secure credit card payment link will be sent by email
  • Once the deposit is received, your booking is confirmed

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be sent by email. The date and time we receive your email will be used to calculate any charges or refunds.

  • Cancellations 24 hours or more before the tour: Full refund of deposit and any balance paid
  • Cancellations within 24 hours: No refund, 100% payment required
  • No-show: No refund will be given for guests who do not arrive at the agreed meeting point or miss the departure (including if travelling by own transfer)

We will do our best to reschedule your tour if there is availability. If no alternative date is available, the booking will be treated as cancelled with no refund.

Company Cancellation due to Weather

If a storm or rough sea makes it unsafe to depart, we will cancel the tour. You can then choose between:

  • Postpone to another date (subject to availability)
  • Receive a full refund of any payment made
Itinerary Changes

For safety and guest comfort, the captain or tour leader may adjust the program at any time due to weather, currents, or other conditions. Safety is always our top priority.

Equipment / Engine Breakdowns

La Maret is maintained to the highest standards. However, in rare cases where technical issues occur (e.g., a brief engine stop), as long as the quality of the tour is not affected, these are not grounds for a discount or refund.

Insurance

Our onboard accident insurance covers all guests from 3 months to 85 years and includes basic medical expenses during the tour. We strongly recommend all guests have their comprehensive travel insurance, including:

  • Water-based activities
  • Emergency evacuation (evacuation from the boat to the hospital is not included in our coverage).
  • Liability and Guest Responsibility
  • Providing accurate health information at the time of booking
  • Ensuring they are fit for boat travel. Participation is at your own risk if you have any medical conditions that may be affected by boat travel
  • Additional notes to consider
  • All payments are processed in Thai Baht (Thb)
  • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days
